Connect Claude to Your Arketa Data with the Arketa Reporting MCP

If you already use Claude to help you think through ideas, write content, or solve problems, you can now use it to better understand your studio's performance.

We're introducing the Arketa Reporting MCP, a new integration that allows Claude to securely connect to your Arketa reporting data. MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. It's an open standard that lets AI tools like Claude connect directly to external data sources, rather than only knowing what you paste into a chat window. Think of it like giving Claude a secure, live read into your Arketa account.

Arketa is the first (and currently only) studio management platform to offer a native MCP integration with Claude.

This means instead of digging through dashboards or exporting spreadsheets, you can now ask questions in plain English and get direct answers based on your live business data.

Your Studio Data, Ready for AI

Claude is read-only. It can see your reporting data and nothing else. It cannot book, cancel, charge, or message clients, and payroll data is never exposed. You can revoke access at any time by deleting your API key in Settings.
