This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies (pixels, scripts, local storage) Sutra Fitness, Inc. ("Arketa") and its partners set when you visit www.arketa.com, what they are for, and how to control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which names each partner and describes how consent works in your region.

Your choices

  • Cookie Settings and Your Privacy Choices in the footer of every page reopen your preferences. Essential cookies cannot be switched off; Functional, Analytics and Advertising can.
  • In California, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Quebec (and wherever we cannot determine your region), nothing but Essential runs until you accept. Elsewhere the other categories run until you reject them.
  • If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Analytics and Advertising are turned off automatically.
  • You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, but some features (for example chat and embedded video) will not.

The table lists the cookies and storage the site and its partners set as of the "Last updated" date. We scan the site monthly and after every change to its tracking, and update this table and the "Last updated" date whenever a scan finds a difference.

Some partners also use technologies that are not cookies: pixels (tiny images or scripts that report a page view or event to the partner), the RB2B and Mesh Interactive scripts, and browser local storage used by PostHog and Termly. They are controlled by the same categories.

Partners not in the table (for example Dreamdata, Polygraph, Capterra, Nexxen, RB2B and Mesh Interactive) run scripts or pixels rather than setting their own cookies on arketa.com, or set cookies whose names the scan will confirm. Each is listed with its purpose and category in the Privacy Policy.

Categories

  • Essential — needed for the site to work and to remember your choices. Always on.
  • Functional — features you choose to use: chat (Intercom) and embedded video (YouTube).
  • Analytics — how visitors use the site and which marketing brought them here: Google Analytics, PostHog, HubSpot, Dreamdata, Mesh Interactive, Polygraph, VWO, and our own campaign cookies.
  • Advertising — measuring our ads and showing you Arketa ads elsewhere: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Microsoft, Capterra, Nexxen, and RB2B visitor identification. Under California law, allowing these is "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; you can opt out at any time.
