Privacy Requests

Use this form to exercise your privacy rights — access, correct or delete your data, or opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We will email you to verify your request and respond within the time required by law.

**Faster ways to handle cookies and ads.** If you only want to opt out of cookie-based advertising in this browser, you do not need this form — click "Your Privacy Choices" in the footer and turn off Advertising, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. Both take effect immediately.

**If you book classes through a business that uses Arketa.** We process booking and payment data on behalf of that business.  We will pass your request along, but the fastest route is usually to contact the studio or gym directly.

**Authorized agents.** You may submit a request on someone else's behalf where the law allows. We may ask for proof of authorization before acting on it.
