Of course! Our team is available to answer any questions through live chat. We have an FAQ library that walks through each feature, and we offer weekly onboarding sessions. Our Individual suite and Studio partners receive dedicated onboarding support while they're getting set up. ### Are there transaction fees? Yes there are, and because we believe in transparency, they will always be very clear. We process payments through Stripe, who charges a CC processing fee that depends on the country. In the U.S., the fee is 2.9% +$0.30. Our Individual partners are charged 3% along with Stripe's fees. Studio partners can discuss their options with their Account Executive. ### Is there a commitment? No, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. All plans renew month to month unless you sign up for an annual plan. ### Does Arketa integrate into my other tools? Yes, we have direct integrations with Mailchimp, Google Calendar, ClassPass, Zoom, and Zapier.
